Gold was the color of the hour at Modern Luxury's Manhattan Magazine event at the Gilded Lily lounge in New York City. Channeling the “Great Gatsby,” guests toasted and ploomed in luxe gold booths, decked out in swanky flapper dresses and dapper fedoras. On hand to help celebrate was St. Germaine who provided the perfect cocktails to complement Ploom's honey-cognac gold pods. Indulge in the festivities by reliving the event through photos - check them out on our Facebook page.

We were stoked to hang out with William, Danny and Erik of together PANGEA on their front steps to #RethinkMusic with FILTER magazine. They ploomed a few pods, Erik gave birth, and Danny told us what he really thinks about Pax. Check out the video below, including a performance of their song "Does He Really Care?" off their new album, Badillac.
Ploom partnered with Filter Magazine and Leatherbee Gin for a live session with our friends in the Windy City. The snow and 20 degree weather deterred few, as we welcomed indie band Bare Mutants with a full house at Land & Sea Department in Logan Square. The band played a bare bones acoustic set, highlighting the pipes and guitar of front man Jared Gummere accompanied by the steady drum beat of his bandmate (and wife) Jeanine O’Toole. We’re stoked to continue bringing you a unique look into the best emerging artists of 2014. Stay tuned for more in this series – and check out the full video below!
Ploom kicked off its first-ever live music session with Filter Magazine and emerging alt-country band Jamestown Revival. Guests were treated to a starry night under the Austin sky, complete with white lights in the backyard of famed Rainey St. Bar 96 in the heart of Austin. The entire crowd enjoyed Jamestown Revival’s sweet, harmonic country soul while throwing back a couple of cold ones courtesy of Lagunitas Brewery. Stay tuned for more Ploom Sessions with Filter Magazine, where we #RethinkMusic with our favorite new artists. Watch the full video below!
